Established in 1998, Combi Bake Systems specializes in the importing, distribution and maintenance of high quality catering equipment.  After starting initially with one product line, Hounö, the Danish brand of convection steaming and bake-off ovens, it has been our goal to continually source quality international brands for distribution in South Africa.  As you will see from a number of different products available on our web site, we have grown the product range substantially over the years and are now able to offer a fairly comprehensive range of equipment.

Our principal lines at present are as follows:

• Demarle – Baking trays and accessories

Based in Northlands Business Park, Northriding, Johannesburg, we carry a substantial stock of all the items in our range.  As well as this stock and in our view more importantly we carry spare parts for every piece of equipment that we sell.  We have always had the belief that the equipment is only as good as the back-up behind it, therefore with the odd exception we always have the spare parts in stock.

To back this up further we have our own fully trained service technicians in Johannesburg with a team of sub-contractors in the major centers.  Once or twice a year, we run specialized training courses on the different product lines.  These courses are conducted by the technical personnel from our overseas principals, and have proved to be extremely beneficial to our technicians in the field.

At present our facility is predominantly a warehousing / office facility, however we are currently looking at alterations to allow us to set up a showroom / test kitchen facility.  This will allow us to demonstrate the equipment to potential customers, as well as display the various lines of equipment.
